Your brand does not exist in isolation. Competitors shows how you compare. Stay to the end to see why the tallest bar is not always good news.

Under Tracked Competitors, type a competitor's brand name, and select Add. The counter shows how many you track, out of your plan's limit. Standard plans track two, Growth five, Professional eight, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Select Scan Competitors to search for their mentions. The first scan takes a little while, so come back in a few minutes. Mention Volume compares how often each brand is talked about, including yours.

A higher bar means more conversation, not necessarily better conversation. Sentiment Comparison shows how the tone differs. Here, Acme Foods has the most mentions, and also the most negative ones.

The tallest bar is not always good news. Add. Scan.

Compare. Next, how Share of Voice and Media Value turn this into numbers. com to get started.
