Every mention BrandsLens finds is in the Incident Log. Mentions pile up fast, but four moves will find any one of them. Stay to the end, and I will show you the order to work through them.

Open Incident Log from the sidebar. Each row shows a reference, a severity, the title, the platform, a link, a status, and the date it was posted. Use the filters at the top.

Severity narrows the list to High, Medium or Watch. Status shows what is open, resolved or dismissed. Found via separates a regular scan from a historical search.

Or type a word into Search. Four moves, and the long list becomes one mention. Select a keyword chip to show only the mentions that matched it.

Select Clear to reset. If you disagree with a severity, change it on the row. Set the status as you work: open, resolved or dismissed.

Changes save straight away. Copy link copies the address of the original post. The WhatsApp button shares the mention with a colleague, with the details filled in.

Here is the order to work in. High first. Then Medium.

Then Watch. Next, your Analytics charts. com to get started.
